Anne Voboril Conner
 
Anne Conner is a founding partner of Conner & Associates. With particular expertise in major gift fundraising, research, analysis and benchmarking, Anne works with international institutions most often representing them in the US. Currently she represents the Global Leadership Foundation as their North American Director of Development and the Amphibian and Reptile Conservancy.
 
She was the Associate Director of Development for New College, University of Oxford, where her work focused on US prospect development and has done similar work for the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organisation, the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics (Oxford University) and many more European organisations looking to raise funds in the US. Having worked both in the non-profit and the for-profit sectors gives Anne a broad perspective. An ability to develop new prospect opportunities to match organisational needs is her real skill. Prior to this, clients using her research analysis skills include the London Business School, Wolfson College/University of Oxford and Hughes Hall/University of Cambridge.
 
She honed her analytical skills at Harvard Business School where she worked for the Director of Research and at State Street Research and Management where she followed domestic and foreign equities and managed an equity portfolio. Anne has been a Senior Consultant with Brakeley Ltd UK, and is currently a Senior Consultant with Brakeley Briscoe fundraising consultants in the United States.
